Charlie Perdue is the founder of Perdue Realty Corp., a locally owned commercial real estate brokerage and investment firm based in Dallas, TX. Chuck McDaniel is a nationally recognized landscape architect and Senior Principal at SWA with over 40 years of experience designing iconic public and resort spaces. From the award-winning Las Ventanas al Paraiso in Cabo to transformative Dallas projects like the Katy Trail, Pacific Plaza, and the upcoming Southern Gateway Park, Chuck brings an artistic, problem-solving approach to every site. He’s known for turning overlooked or leftover spaces into vibrant, people-centered environments that foster connection and community. Whether in Oak Cliff or on the coast of the Turks and Caicos, Chuck’s design philosophy is rooted in one belief: great landscapes aren’t just beautiful—they bring places to life.

Jan Fite Miller is the Executive Vice President and Director of Real Estate Operations at Century 21 Judge Fite Company. As the daughter of founders Judge and Ann Fite, Jan has helped lead the company from a single-office brokerage into a regional powerhouse across Texas and Oklahoma.
